In my master bathroom behind my tub there's a hole in the ground and the pipes from the tub go into that hole. So I'm wondering how I could fill the hole without covering the pipes just in case something goes wrong with the tub and I would need to repair the pipes. Thanks!

The hole is to allow the trap on the tub to be below the floor. This is normal, and does not need to be changed. If you still want to do something with it, I would suggest you use a product like concrete floor leveler. Mix up a watery batch and pour a thin, (1/2" or less) layer, in the hole. Because it will be watery it will level its self. This will be easy to break up if it every becomes necessary.

I have an excellent idea for improving a pre-existing product. How should I go about getting my idea patented? Should I seek counsel of a patent attorney. Additionally, how can I find out if the patent is indeed legit or hasnt already been patented? Thanks. I am afraid that if I go to a patent attorney he/she might steal my idea. Should I just fill out the patent forms and see if it gets accepted? Additionally, it involves plastics - anyone know where I can get a prototype made without them stealing my idea as well.

I know alot of people are going to doubt me on this, so if you go to my blog or website I will link the report to the government that proves this. It is rare for some one to steal a patent in the US. Fewer than 100 cases ever make it to trial every year and the number is declining. 97% are settled out of court. Most patents are stolen from the US patent site by foreigners while they are pending. There's a good chance that their governments behind this and at the very least turning a blind eye. There is a back log of 500,000 patents and the process takes about 30 months now. The surest way to get your product ripped off is to send it overseas to be manufactured. Intellectual property right are non existent in places like Korea and China. I also own a plastics company who specializes in dealing with inventors. Even though I've heard rumors of people stealing other someone elses ideas, I have yet to see it myself in 20 years. I have personally seen people have their product manufactured overseas and find identical product to theirs, being sold on the same shelf for less money. Probably made with molds they paid for.

I have merged both the bass tests together and uploaded the file as a sound file only, which is in .wav format. I’ve fiddled around with a couple of the sound settings and tried to level out some areas as they were considerably louder or quieter than other parts of the video. Hopefully the final version should come out in near perfect quality, but let me know if there’s any overwhelming distortion.

I am writing I program in Visual Basic I am suppose to calculate the average of three test. After I get the avarage I am suppose to give a letter grade on the application.

Basically, the average is:
100-90 is an A
89-80 is a B
79-70 is a C
69-60 is a D
59 and below is an F.

Just a normal letter grade system like in a school.

in my class we only had 3 tests, my average grade in class is 75.3333333, i added : test1:82 + test 2:68+ test3:76 and than i divided them by three. got:75.333333
we only going have one more test, i am trying my best to get a good grade to bring my average grade in class up to B.
what grade do i need to get on my next exam inorder to bring my grade to B average?

Woohoo, algebra!

(82+68+76+x)/4 = 80
226 + x = 80*4 = 320
x = 320 - 226 = 94

So you need a 94 or better on your final exam (assuming it's worth just as much as the other three) in order to get a B in the class (80%).
